Forgiveness
Compelled by His love for us, Christ laid down His life willingly, for all human creation contaminated by fleshly sinful desires. Glorify in God for Forgiving mankind; making us His new creation by converting us into the image of his precious son Jesus. It is through His obedience to the will of His Father that we are allowed access to the Kingdom of Heaven. Be very careful, pride causes us to hold on to past hurts, pains, mistakes, misunderstandings, resentments, and wrongdoings that can only detour us from the will of God. No one is exempt from these expressions; there was only one perfect being that ever walked this earth and His name was Jesus the anointed, one Christ himself.
John 8:36 “If the Son therefore shall make you free, you shall be free indeed.” If truly repented; acknowledging our sinful ways, accepting Christ into our hearts as Savior we are forgiven and will reap the blessing; the power of forgiving others. Forgiveness is a crucial stepping stone in the Body of Christ. If brutally honest; we ourselves tend to struggle in this area, it takes prayer and the power of the Holy Spirit to walk in a forgiving demeanor. We all know that Christians can be easily offended. Let’s stop holding grudges and continually hashing about things that require us to forgive. Our faith is strengthened when we are rooted and grounded in God’s word. We belong to God and are powerful but we must see ourselves operating in His authority!

Stress
Stress. We have all been stressed by something. You feel nothing is going right. Your heart races, your breathing speeds up. Is this going to be the straw that breaks the camel's back? Stress makes your body react as though you are in danger, putting your body into flight-or-fight mode. It's important to find the source of your stress and attempt to eliminate it. It is natural to feel some stress. When it is not relieved, or worsens, that is when you need help. There are some effective ways you can try to minimize the impact stress can have on you:
*Prioritize your needs. Learn to better manage your time. Keep a journal.
*Exercise, eat better, get plenty of rest. Limit alcohol, caffeine, sugar.
*Ask for help. Having someone you trust to talk to can be beneficial. (Psalms 55:22 Cast your burden on the Lord, and he will sustain you; he will never permit the righteous to be moved.)
*Learn to say “No”. Do not put everyone's needs above your own all the time.
A lot of people don't seek treatment either out of embarrassment, or pride, or whatever personal reason they may have. Treatment doesn't mean you are weak or failing at anything. It indicates that you are strong, you know when you need help, and you get help you need.
